You can fill out an application in person.  

$17.00 for the 1^st applicant, $12.00 for each additional applicant.

Included utilities are trash and pest control. Electricity is set up under the resident’s name. Water billed back to our residents typically ranges from $10–$50 per month, while electricity costs vary depending on household usage. 

We do not allow pets in our community. Service & Support animals will be allowed after third party verification has been received from a medical practitioner. 

It is based on your gross annual income.
